Youth who attend this camp will have the opportunity to gain culinary arts instruction from a Ball State University Lecturer of Hospitality and Food Management while working in a university cooking laboratory. In addition to cooking skills, they will be learning safe food handling and have the opportunity to earn their ServSafe Food Handler certificate. This is a free class which is open to referral for youth ages 14-23 with an active DCS or JD/JS case.
